SOLAR CLEANER METALMECCANICA F3500 TELESCOPIC
This is a self-propelled photovoltaic cell cleaning machine manufactured by BP Metalmechanics srl. The
machine is customized to meet different customer needs.
It can work both in desert and in normal conditions, with wet or dry cleaning systems, using the
same brush, as well as on a crawler or
with the same brush, as well as with a tracker or a fixed panel. The
machine can work with replaceable brushes of different lengths.
It is mounted on a tracked chassis, has a load capacity of 7 tons, is equipped with a heat engine
with a capacity of 35.3 kW, a hydraulic system with gear pumps, a proportional distributor for
controlling various functions of the machine.
The hydraulic circuit is equipped with a heat exchanger and suction and return filters on the oil tank.
It is equipped with an air-conditioned cabin, which makes it comfortable to use, and working lights
located in the front, rear and on the boom allow it to be used even at night.
Electrical system with 12 volt power supply with an electronic control unit that automatically controls the
working phase of the machine.
The hydraulic system is equipped with two pumps and a softener for water purification, with rubber regeneration
during operation.
Water consumption can be adjusted from the cab with four different settings that allow the operator to
select the most suitable amount of water depending on the environmental conditions.
The machine uses the heat recovery produced by the hydraulic circuit to heat the water, avoiding
thermal shocks on the panels and guaranteeing a very thorough cleaning
The operation is controlled automatically by means of sensors located on the body of the brush,
which, intervening directly in the control system, guarantee a constant distance of the brush from the
panels, avoiding collisions and damage
The operator has the ability to change the distance of
the brush from the panels, which allows it to be used
even when wear reduces its diameter.
This operation allows you to use the brush
for a very long time
(about 3,000 operating hours), which affects
maintenance costs.
The camera system allows you to see the working field in
more detail and makes the work of the driver easier.
